And everything seems to be working. New layout that, at least on the parts of things you can’t see, is much friendlier to running multiple comics at once.

It’s also a little more interesting to look at than the last format, AND it’s still pretty sweet to look at on an iPad.

You may notice that some posts have traveled back in time. There’s a long and technical explanation for why I did this, but the nutshell: I wanted to give some impression of progress, so the old (pre-2009) images were pushed back to whatever year I did them in. Anything old that I discover from here on in will get posted when I find it. Or at least, I’ll mention it and post it where it’s supposed to go in the gallery.

Or something.

I am so damn tired.

Somebody had said the Sam & Max 303 picture made a kickass wallpaper, so here you go – high res for the discerning private investigator.

I’m a sucker for noir, and upon hearing that one of my favorite video game series is going hard-boiled for its latest installment, I had to do something.

… I’m still working on other stuff, guys. Really!

It was the girliest thing I ever drew, and there wasn’t a girl anywhere near it.

Which isn’t entirely true, since it was a girl that made the request on DeviantArt. She asked for a picture of one of her characters as anything I could think of, be it a “bad-ass with a knife or a man in a unicorn suit.” I figured, hey, I could use the practice. Unfortunately, it was a week and a half before I actually got the time to sit down and draw it.

My schedule opened up this morning, so I fired up IllustStudio and got to it. One hour later, a manly beer-powered unicorn – a compromise between unicorns and bad-assery.

Though some might insist unicorns are the dark horse of manliness.

In the “Let’s Play Metal Gear Solid 2!” thread on SomethingAwful, a forumgoer by the name of Beastruction suggested Revolver Ocelot would become “Resolver Ocelot” were he to become a judge. Franziska obliged with a rendition of the Judge as Resolver.

I felt it necessary to continue this idea.

Ultimately, it led to a fantastic remix by fivegears4reverse.
